Discussion: A representative from West Lake said that they don’t have any R1 property zoned on their side of Evans to Locke Rd. They would like a variance rather than a rezone if the issue is the wall height.
Man representing the family: Requesting rezone. The lot is outside the gated area and there are 10-12 lots more appropriate than R1. West Lake has multiple zoning, similar to other subdivisions. Remaining issue - walls 9ft reduced to 8ft. R2 requires lots to be zoned for sewer.
