CCBoE 03.25.2025 Notes Missing

I was in Atlanta and missed this meeting

I apologize for not having notes from the 3/25/2025 School Board Meeting. I was in Atlanta. I tried to record the meeting but had technical difficulties. The first time I recorded a meeting, I could only record the audio. This time, there were other technical issues.

In the past when I brought up archiving the recordings, I was told that the school district doesn’t have the data capacity to keep them posted on the website and that I could record them myself. It’s proving difficult to record the meetings myself though.

I propose the District either archive the meetings on YouTube, or at least keep them posted for 2 weeks before the next meeting so people have an opportunity to watch if they are not available during the actual meeting. Then, it would just be 1 meeting maintained on the website. Many students have activities during these meetings which makes it difficult for parents and teachers to attend even the live-stream.
